Tiffany Hudson

Tiffany began her dance career at the age of 3 with Christine Baltes.  She studied Cecchetti style ballet with Marnell Himes and was later accepted to the Academy of Performing Arts High School under the instruction of Christine Baltes.  Tiffany trained extensively with Christine Baltes as a teen performing works in the academy shows as well Pulse.  She began choreographing and teaching as a teen and continued to do so at Loyola Marymount University where she earned a BA in communication studies and dance performance.  While at LMU she had the opportunity to train with Paige Porter and Jason Myer in commercial jazz and Hollie Johnston in cutting edge modern/contemporary.  

Besides loving commercial jazz, she also has a passion for hip-hop.  She began training in hip-hop with Tim Stevenson and Cruz at Defore at age 14.  Tiffany was a member of a traveling hip-hop company which performed at B.B. Kings in Hollywood and NCAA basketball games.  She started a hip-hop team at LMU which she managed and choreographed for that was featured on ABC Morning News.  Tiffany continues to perform and choreograph.  She teaches jazz, hip-hop and tap at Defore, Southland Ballet Academy and Westchester Dance Academy.  She also teaches master classes for the Imagination Celebration and Southland’s Summer Intensive program.  Tiffany also serves as a judge for the Dancin Dayz competitions in Palm Springs and Laughlin.
