Maggie Dormier

Maggie Dormier is a choreographer, teacher and dancer who has been dancing since she could walk and teaching for the past 17 years. She began her training by being awarded scholarships nine years consistently to the country’s top jazz studios such as Dupree Dance Academy and the EDGE Performing Arts Center. At 13 she was signed by Bobby Ball Dance Agency which allowed her to work in commercials, television and industrials with dance greats like Brian Friedman, Wade Robson, Eddie Garcia, Alex Magno, Marguerite Derricks and Gregory Hines. Her choreography credentials vary from instructional videos, to singing groups, to full ballets, to national winning competition teams.

As a teacher she has taught jazz, ballet, pointe, tap and hip-hop in conjunction with many studios and conventions including her own studio In The Mix Dance Academy.Her motivation is to teach each student to rise to their personal best
and be the greatest dancer that they can be.
